Product Manager - Security Data Analysis Solutions

Location: Red Bank, New Jersey

Responsibilities:  Define the strategy and objectives for Privacyware Security Data Analysis products leveraging direct and indirect (OEM, channel, etc.) models. Present plans/requirements to President & CEO and ensure strong launch and future positioning of the products.  Communicate with public relations and media on security stories. Define feedback loops for input and drive/conduct customer research. Responsible for collecting requirements, working with developers to build roadmaps, and communicating the roadmap to customers.

Desired Skills:  
- Technical and market knowledge of Security Data Analysis, Security Information/Event Management, event correlation software products and related data collection and reporting tools.
- Deep experience in the security data analysis and reporting needs of security analysts, CSOs, CIOs, system administrators in the context of information and systems security, regulatory, audit, forensic, and general security compliance requirements. Must have demonstrable history of delivering such solutions to enterprise customers. 
- Extensive experience in direct sales and sales channel management, large project management, software development, and general management. 
- Must be able to determine and communicate a strategy and a vision. 
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
- Strong business skills and hands-on customer experience. 
- Experience with IT and web infrastructures. 
- Strong technical (and preferably mathematical background) emphasizing C/C++, MS .NET, UNIX, Network security/administration.

Education Required:  Undergraduate and preferably postgraduate degrees in computer science or other/related technical discipline/s.

Experience Required:  
- 5+ years of management-level product development, sales, marketing and business development focused in Security Information/Event Management space.
